World Mental Health Day 2024

Thurdsay 10 October

Thursday certainly brightened up the week with children and staff being invited to wear yellow to recognise World Mental Health day. The children completed lots of different activities throughout the day including yoga, happy breathing and craft and colouring to help recognise how we can calm our minds and regulate our emotions. Our children are really skilled at recognising their emotions and know the importance of caring for their mental health. It was lovely to see the children being a part of different activities throughout school.
