Year 5 and 6 Residential 2017

In May 2017, Years 5 and 6 joined Active Hope on their residential to the Tyn Y Felin centre in Anglesley.  They spent three fun filled days team building, exploring the outdoors and experiencing new things.  On their way to the 'children's hotel' they stopped and enjoyed an exciting visit to Beaumarris castle.  After and exciting lunch they enjoyed a range of flavoured ice cream and a spot of crabbing.

Later that evening they took an exciting journey through some fields and a forest to arrive at the beach.  While their they climbed some rocks, ran across the sand dunes and enjoyed singing around a camp fire.

The following day they took the mission of climbing Holyhead mountain and playing beach games in teams.  The children took on the challlenge brilliantly and supported each other reaching the summit and cheering as they made it.

A fantastic residential and some amazing memories made!
